Between 1996 and 2002, Nuriye YAVAN, the co-founder and the director of Momentofis, was working for PARAGON, which was also one of the IP law firms in Turkey, as patent and trademark attorney, as well as the general manager and the chairman of the executive board of the firm. In 2002 after leaving the firm, she has founded Momentofis Patent and Trademark Limited and since then she has been offering legal services in particular on patents, utility models, trade and service marks, designs and geographical indications as patent and trademark attorney.
